Did you have breakfast yet ? It is the most important meal.

According to a lots of research and studies, having breakfast plays a significant role in good learning performance, especially in students. They also have healthier diet. Therefore we can conclude that having breakfast is very important for school performance and proper growth as well. 

Although you may be allured to put off your breakfast in any way, but you can do your morning routine by these simple tips below. Let's do it and get healthier.


1. Attempt to finish doing homework and packing school bags at night.
2. Before going to bed, make a decision on what your children will wear to school in the following day, find and locate the shoes for your children.
3. Wake up 20 minutes earlier in the morning.
4. Do not play computer games and watch television in the morning. These can waste your time.
5. Each kid likes different food so you need to consider the favorite food of your kids. You may shop for food with your kids in order to know your kids' preferences.
6. Prepare cereal at night before. For younger children, put a zippered bag, then add the milk in the morning.
7. Teach your children to use the microwave. It benefits your children to prepare her food in 5 minute.
8. Eating in the car or on the way to school is allowed for your children.

You have many choices to choose for breakfast. It is probably leftovers from super. There are various simple foods as know as breakfast. For instance, pizza with fruit juice, bagels, or the normal bacon and eggs. Most foods are easy to prepare, it does not waste your time at all, just take a few minutes. It is more effective if you follow the tips above, do them as a routine. You will find that you have enough time to eat food for breakfast. If you are about to skip the meal in the morning, remind yourself of these tips that can help you cope with your time for the most important meal.
